Right to one’s own image
Every participant on a trip with / to FreshSurf, every participant in a sporting or other activity, in particular surfing courses, yoga or drysurfing courses, agrees when making a booking with FreshSurf that they may be photographed by FreshSurf staff during the trip at events and sporting activities and that these photographs may be used as part of FreshSurf’s marketing. This consent is given at the time of booking via our GTC and is confirmed once again by signing the health form.
The areas of use here are those operated by FreshSurf Cotillo
- Websites, in particular the FreshSurf blog (https://www.freshsurf.de/blog), where the latest photos of the surf courses are published every day.
- Social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
- and, where appropriate, print media
This consent can be revoked in writing at any time.
If consent to the publication and use of photos is revoked, the revocation relates to the future use of the participant’s image material. In the event of the removal of published image material, we ask the participant for assistance and to provide the relevant links where their photos can be found.
